Taking inspiration from a variety of sources including wildlife documentaries, artists such as Edward Muybridge and Nicola Hicks, museum collections, the cinematic image, and drawing from global depictions and their own imagination; students will consider how portrayals and portraits of animals have been used to convey ideas and emotion..."
